All trademarks, curricula outlines, diagrams, and downloadable templates remain the property of Zonex Brainy Synap or licensors. You may not resell materials without permission.

You may not probe systems, scrape content for model training without consent, transmit malware, or impersonate our staff. Violations may lead to access restrictions.

6. Liability limits

To the extent permitted by Japanese law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Direct damages are capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.

7. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Fukuoka unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.

8. Changes and termination
