Returns & Refunds

1. Scope

This policy covers paid lab engagements booked directly with Zonex Brainy Synap where a fee is listed on the site. Third-party resellers follow their own policies.

2. Eligibility window

You may request a full refund within fourteen days of payment if no live session or bespoke preparation has started. Evidence of started work includes calendar holds, customized materials, or facilitator assignments.

3. Partial refunds

If you withdraw after preparation begins but before the halfway point of scheduled live hours, we may refund fifty percent. After the halfway point, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. Non-refundable items

Printed kits, shipped materials, rush scheduling fees, and third-party venue deposits are non-refundable once ordered.

5. Process

Email hello@zonexbrainysynap.one with subject line "Refund request", booking reference, payer name, and reason. We respond within five business days with status.

6. Processing time and method

Approved refunds return to the original payment path within fourteen business days depending on banking rails. We do not charge refund processing fees.

7. Cancellations by us

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund within seven business days.

8. Japanese consumer rights

Consumers in Japan retain statutory rights under the Consumer Contract Act and other applicable laws. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable protections.
